Aaron tells me that I am the only person alive running with headphones, yes, actual headphones! Apparently, I need to start using ear buds! I've tried so many times, but they fall out when I run! What's the secret?

yeah dude...you need to find some ear buds. I bet they have some sporty ones that are for runners...ha ha...earphones...do you also have a portable cassette player?
