Over the past week I have worked hard at adding a little flower power to our landscaping. I planted my container gardens last week. They turned out great! Then on Saturday I planted three flats of petunias along our sidewalk and front yard bed. However, the hard work starts this weekend... Aaron and I are headed to West Olive Nursery for their annual Memorial Day sale. We hope to buy several evergreens and ornamental grasses for the backyard beds. Also on our list are burning bushes; we want to use those to create a natural screen from the neighbors. Apparently their sale is incredible, so any other good deals would be an added bonus!
