Yesterday Aaron and I ran in Cornerstone Church's On the Move 5k. It was a point to point run from our old church building to the new one. As always I was nervous (freezing too this time), but it was fun having Aaron there waiting to run with me instead of cheering along the sidelines. We both ran really well. Aaron got a PR of 24:48! He did awesome! Although I didn't get a new PR, I ran my second best time of 22:29. I took first in my division, was the second female, and was in the top 15 runners overall.

Carrie, you should be really embarassed by your time. I expect you to run these in under 18 minutes....at least. Let's pick it up a little....lazy girl
