Getting your wisdom teeth out SUCKS! I had all four of mine taken out last week Friday and am still recovering. The surgery seemed to go fine...it only took the doc 35 minutes! I couldn't believe it because I was thinking the whole time, "Don't start yet, I'm not asleep!" Apparently, I was because the next thing I knew the nurse woke me up and took me to recovery.
My weekend consisted of pain meds, antibiotics, soft foods, watching the Olympics, and icing down my chipmunk cheeks. I am still in a bit of pain this morning, but I am going to try to get out and do something. I am going stir crazy!
My goal is to head down to Hopkins on Wednesday to start setting up my classroom....school starts in three weeks!
